The location is the only real advantage here. I've stayed during my Shirdi visits for the past three years and used to buy my drinking water elsewhere. This time I asked the hotel for water: there were three of us, but they provided just one bottle. When I asked for another, the receptionist said hotel policy allowed no more. I explained that didn't seem right by basic standards, but was told they couldn't do anything. At check-in, I also heard a woman ask to have her room cleaned and get told it couldn't be done after 5 PM because no staff were available. That's not what I expect from a hotel. This was my last stay. I'll find another option next time.
