Lunch was a highlight for me. I especially enjoyed the Dum Biryani each day. I also found the location convenient, with local attractions and dining options easy to reach, and the room was spacious, clean, and had modern amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive from arrival onward, which made me feel welcome. I had an exceptional stay at Flagship Hotel Sai Suman Palace and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Andhra colony, Chatrapathinagar, Shird for a comfortable stay.

The rooms are good, but several things need attention. The lights weren't working properly, the AC didn't work, and there was no TV. They need to improve the service.
