We were traveling with our 15-month-old daughter in scorching 38 C summer weather, and couldn't even get the courtesy of a bottle of water. We'd have expected at least two bottles of mineral water, or one when we asked. I also don't know if I'll stay at this hotel again. Rooms 108 and 109 were big, but seemed not to have been cleaned for four days. Dust covered everything, including the TV and AC remotes, which we had to wipe ourselves. After that, we found yellow marks and spots on the bedsheets and pillow covers. All three sheets looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for a month. We understand the price we paid, but expected basic cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance, not free breakfast. We also expected proper service from a hotel displaying the OYO sign. There was no one at reception when we arrived in Shirdhi. A guy came from somewhere, greeted us, and asked for our booking reference. We provided it, and all the conditions were fulfilled. Basic items like a glass, tea bags, and a kettle were missing, even though we come from a hospitality background. I can email details if needed. The list could go on. Whoever is responsible, please do something.

We found this decent hotel by accident and have stayed twice. An AC room was 1k, and the staff were friendly. The temple is about 10 minutes away by bike. I never ordered food, so I can't comment on it.

The temple is almost 2 kilometers away. The building looks renovated, and the rooms are spacious, but ours had an odor that may have come from poor maintenance. OYO has lost its name, with old hotels joining the brand despite being poorly maintained and charging too much.

We eventually found a room at the same price through MakeMyTrip, and it was better. At this hotel, the person there refused our check-in even though we'd booked and paid online. They gave a nonsense explanation that the OYO listed price was too low. We calmly asked them to work it out with OYO because it would affect the business, but they gave a bullish excuse that it was the customer's issue, not the hotel's. The manager was illiterate and had zero common sense. @OYO, you should discard them, they're ruining your reputation.

The room had no power or backup at check-in, and the non-AC room was very dirty, with damaged concrete patches on the walls. Staff were rude and unresponsive, and the hotel is far from the Sai baba temple centre. The photos on Google and the Oyo app are fake and don't match reality. This is the most fraudulent OYO I've seen. Stay away.
