We arrived around 1:30 in the morning and Mr. Prasad, the owner, greeted us so humbly and politely. I'd never experienced that kind of kindness from a property owner before. The room was spacious and comfortable, the area was peaceful and calming, and there was plenty of parking. This hotel really lives the spirit of "The guest is God". I'd rate it 10/10 and highly recommend it.

The rooms were just okay and clean, but the curtains were torn, the bedsheets were unclean, towels weren't provided, and the water bottle came late. Room service was awful. There was only one boy looking after the whole hotel, with no helpers or cleaning staff, and the owner or management weren't available. The owner asked us to pay online through that boy or chat and didn't come himself. There was no lift. The place is very quiet, but there's no restaurant or anything nearby, and no auto from the hotel. If you have your own vehicle, you could stay here. It's around 2-3.5 kms from Saibaba samadhi temple, and an auto from the temple costs 100₹, though that may vary. When we visited in the last week of march 2025, the hotel was empty. We didn't like it at all. Come only if you really have no other option.

A peaceful place that I'd recommend for a family group, with polite, cooperative staff and excellent hospitality. Breakfast tasted homemade and good, though the chutney was just okay and could be better. In Room #5 Ground Floor, the bathroom needed cleaning, the toilet seat was broken, the bucket looked old and unwashed, and the basin tap barely worked and needs repair. Thanks for the hospitality, and keep improving and serving well.

We brought our 2 dogs and they had a hassle free stay. It's a pet friendly place, and the owner was very helpful with recommendations for food and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Malhar Palace, loved the breakfast, and highly recommend it. Sai Baba mandir is also just 5-7in away from the property.
