The extra bed and blanket we were given were in terrible condition, unhygienic and completely unsuitable for a family with children. The room facilities and quality don't justify the price, and the place felt more like a basic lodge than a hotel. Its one advantage is that it's right in front of the temple. I was traveling with my family and kids and arrived at 11:00. I'd booked online and paid ₹3500. After confirming and taking full payment, the hotel called to demand another ₹2200 for the same room, bringing the total to ₹5700. That's unethical and unacceptable. They also gave no GST invoice for the ₹2200 collected at the property, which raises serious questions about transparency and compliance. I would never recommend it to families or anyone with kids. Avoid it, especially if you're booking online.

A good family option for two or three nights, with budget pricing and the temple just across the road. It's also very near the darshan queue. Staff were nice. For food, though, you have to go down to the ground floor. Great price and location otherwise.

A budget place for anyone wanting to stay close to the Sai Baba temple. Check-in was quick and the staff were supportive. There's basement parking, though outsiders use it too. Cleanliness needs improvement, and you shouldn't expect too much. Recommended if being nearby the temple is what matters.

The friendly staff were helpful, which was the saving grace during our two-night pilgrimage stay. The hotel is right across from Baba's mandir, handy for visiting, but it can be noisy day and night. The hotel itself was pretty mediocre: the sheets were worn and dirty, and the blinds were torn, with some not working. It had been recommended to us.

The room was spotless, the staff welcoming, and the view of saibaba temple was nice. Hotel City Point is also well placed for getting around. I had a nice stay and recommend it.
