The staff made the biggest impression, polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well maintained, and cleanliness showed throughout the property. The hotel is only about 50 metres from the temple, convenient for early morning or late evening visits. Prices felt very reasonable for the rooms, service, and location. I had a wonderful stay and would choose it again next time I visit.

Our car was parked at their other property and came back covered in construction dust and mud. When we raised it, we were basically told to pay for parking if we had a problem. Check-in took 40 minutes, and they charged us for a full day for early check-in even though the room wasn’t ready. Once we got in, it was unclean and the mattresses were stained. The lift was out of order too. Post-booking service was terrible, and their claims about fake online reviews are clearly untrue. One of my worst hotel experiences. Avoid it, especially with family.

The food downstairs made my whole family feel sick. In the room, the bedding smelled unpleasant, and I couldn’t tell if it had been washed properly. There was no housekeeping, cleanliness was zero, and the power kept cutting out all night. The room itself fell short of what we expected, and the mattress was uncomfortable. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The service was good, and the AC cooled really well, though its remote didn’t work. The rooms were average and not clean: stained walls, rusty taps and fixtures, and bedsheets that weren’t clean at first. The bathroom had no mirror, and hot water took a very long time to reach the taps. The place also needs better maintenance.
