The receptionist was very rude, and there wasn't even a TV remote in the room. They only offered normal water during summer, not enough for what guests need. The facilities and service were the worst. This was my first stay here, and it'll be my last.

For about Rs. 500 a day, it was okay, but there was no lift, bucket, or hot water, and the toilet was Indian style. They didn't clean the room either. Check-in was at noon and checkout was 11 the next morning. Not great.

There was nowhere to get food inside the hotel, and the rooms weren't clean. No geyser was provided either. The stay wasn't a good experience.

The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with no western toilet. There really weren't any facilities.
