Hotel Sai Seema

At night we couldn't sleep because the whole experience was so bad. We paid 1300 per day after a rickshaw driver took us from shirdi station to this hotel. The rooms weren't worth that price. There was no A/C unless we paid extra, and they hadn't mentioned that when we booked. The bathroom looked okay at first, but we later found it was in a terrible state. Every time we came back to the room, there were lots of cockroaches and bed bugs. After several complaints, staff just cleaned, which didn't help in my experience. The alternate rooms they showed us had the same insect problem. Please look elsewhere, you can find something for the same price or a little more.

The toilet was in very poor condition, and the towels were bad too. There was no hot water, even during winter. Of the room's LED lights, two weren't working.

The rooms were dirty and in bad shape, and service was terrible. Staff were rude and didn't know how to speak to customers. Before taking the booking, they promised all sorts of things, but afterward didn't provide even one of them. They also charged the full 24-hour amount but wouldn't let us stay for the full 24 hours, then asked for the same amount again for another 12 hours. Service never came when we needed it. There was no hot water, and they didn't provide soap. Please don't visit this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels at much cheaper prices.

We stayed two nights, with four people sharing two rooms. The rooms and toilets were clean, and the rooms had A/C at a low rate. The manager and staff were supportive, and they were flexible about check-in and check-out times, unlike the 24-hour timing other hotels follow. It's in central Shirdi, within walking distance of the Sai Baba temple and prasadalaya. Rental cabs are available for tours and travel.
