Our stay was just okay, neither very good nor very bad. The rooms were decent, and parking was ample. The hotel is close to Gate No 1 and 6 of the temple and to Dwarkamai. We had frequent power cuts on the day we stayed. There’s generator backup, but someone has to turn it on manually. The hotel kitchen wasn’t operating.

The premises were neat and clean, with a good ambiance and a very short distance to the temple. It’s a good place for devotees and travellers coming to seek a blessing from Lord Sai Baba. I’d definitely suggest pilgrims stay here.

Power kept cutting out, with the lights going off repeatedly, and carrying luggage upstairs was extremely hard because there was no lift. The manager made things worse. He seemed drunk, acted unprofessionally, and was very rude. His behavior towards women was especially inappropriate and uncomfortable, which is unacceptable in a hotel. The place was poorly managed and fell short on basic service and respect. One of my worst hotel stays. I’d strongly advise others to avoid it.

We had a good experience. The service was very good, and the hospitality was nice. It’s very close to Shirdi Mandhir, so reaching the temple is easy, even at midnight, and we felt safe. Om sairam.
