The hotel itself is good, but the owner, staff, and some auto-rickshaw drivers in Shirdi are running a scam. They quote a lower price when you book, then demand extra money at checkout. When you point out the earlier price, the staff and owner deny it entirely. This seems to be the first hotel in Shirdi where they openly cheat people like this.

They quote one price when you book, then ask for more money when you check out. This hotel is a scam, and nobody should stay here.

The rooms are good, but they're full of cockroaches. The washroom is really bad, there's no hot water, and the jet and flush don't work properly.

The hotel is close to the temple, with easy access to all sorts of restaurants. We paid a bit extra by booking online, though the hotel itself was reasonably good. The room service team dealt with every issue quickly. The AC stopped working four or five times, and there wasn't enough hot water when we arrived, but the staff came promptly and fixed things. I'd stay again if the price were lower.

I booked directly, not through OYO. The rooms were in good shape and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. The rate was reasonable compared with the hotel next door.
