Sai Balaji was a clean, affordable place to stay, and the owner was calm and down to earth. He even gave us a photo of Sai baba. We spent five days there during our Shirdi visit, about 1 km from shri Shirdi Sai Baba's temple. It sits around 100m off the main road, so the room was quieter. The room met our needs for the pilgrimage, and restaurants were nearby. Staff could arrange a vehicle at a reasonable price. I booked an AC double bed room with a kid through makemytrip at a discounted price. They let me check in at 7 am even though check-in time was 10 am. Hot water was available only in the morning. Don't expect 5 or 3 star luxury, but it's a clean, economical, practical option.

The staff were so polite and professional, and happy to help with whatever information we needed. They guided me on VIP Darshan and arranged taxi services for Pune. The hotel was clean, and I'd recommend it for a Shirdi visit.

The property was calm and pleasant, and the rooms felt comfortable and hygienic. Everything was neat and well maintained. Staff were polite, professional, and quick to help. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the service was better than I expected. I had a really good stay and would recommend the hotel. I'd be happy to stay here again.

What stood out most was how considerate the owner and staff were. I became ill and couldn't travel, so even though my IBibo booking was non-refundable, they moved my stay without any fuss. They also let us park inside the hotel lobby, which kept the car off the road. The rooms are good for a budget stay, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was brought right to our room. It's a great place to book when visiting Sainagar Shirdi. Thank you, Sai Balaji Residency. Om Sai ram. You really are worthy of setting up the pilgrimage stay at the land of Sai.

They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sai Balaji Residency.
