Sairatna Hotel

Our triple-sharing booking turned into a double-sharing room, and the room we eventually got at noon was on the 3rd floor and looked more like a storage area. We had arrived at 7 AM, even though check-in was listed as 10 AM, and kept asking for a room until they finally gave us one. It was extremely dirty, with a filthy bedsheet, no flush in the toilet, and almost no basic cleanliness. They gave us a temporary room to freshen up, but its toilet hadn't been flushed properly either. Are guests meant to clean the toilets themselves? This was a pathetic experience and completely ruined our trip. I'd give a minus rating if I could. “Unhygienic” barely describes it.

I booked through Booking.com on 23 Oct for 30 Dec 2025, with the instruction that payment would be made when staying at SAIRATNA. When I arrived to check in, I found no room reserved for me. The year-end rates had apparently gone up four times. I'm planning to file a case against Sairatn hotel and Booking.com in consumer court. Don't trust the hotel management team.

The rooms could be better, but for the price it's fine. AC rooms are 1200 and non-AC ones 800, and four people can stay in one room, so it's a good deal 👍. The location is perfect, right next to the temple, and the price is reasonable. Service is very good, and they're always ready to help.

Please, Google and everyone else, don't recommend this hotel to anybody. It's the worst hotel and service I've experienced. They scammed a lot of people, including me, and almost 10 people checked out on the day we arrived. Drinking water wasn't available, and bathing water only came at certain times, then wasn't available outside those hours.
