Sanskruti Resort By OYO Rooms

The resort has a nice room, good service, and a very good location. The issue is the noon-to-noon check-in policy. We arrived at 5 am and were charged for two days. They also don't allow guests to meet inside the room.

The property itself looks good, but the upkeep needs serious attention. Our first room was dirty, with soiled sheets and noisy, squeaking doors. After we pointed this out, staff eventually moved us to a clean room. The breakfast setup and handling also didn't seem hygienic. There are better places nearer the temple, and this shouldn't be called a resort as it is in the property's name.

We found the room spacious, bright, and clean, and it worked well for a family trip. The map suggested the temple was roughly 700 metres away, but it was closer to 1.3 km. That's still manageable on foot in the evening, though the daytime heat made walking too much.

The room was roomy and in decent shape, but the stay was still a bad experience. We had no tea table or chairs, and there wasn't a remote for either the TV or AC. Cleaning wasn't done on time, toiletries weren't supplied reliably, and whenever we asked for room service, management said staff were busy cleaning or unavailable. We were visiting the Sri Sai temple and didn't want to spoil our mood, so we let the problems go. Our check-in was much later than requested, despite asking for an early arrival. Late checkout had been promised when we booked, but we ended up paying for an extra night to stay until 5 pm. The place is also quite far from the temple. I wouldn't recommend it for these reasons.
