For a budget stay, this was decent, and the staff were consistently welcoming and helpful. Owner Nikhil Patel especially helped me feel at ease. The room was generally clean and functional, and Sai temple was within walking distance. Amenities are basic, with limited toiletries, just one soap sample, and some tea or coffee in the rooms. If you want an affordable, no-frills place with good service and are fine with the basics, Hotel Neem Tree is worth the price. It was comfortable and family friendly.

Spacious rooms and hot water 24*7, with the temple within walking distance. The staff were very cooperative and the service was the best. Do check out their agarbatti collection too. I'd definitely recommend it for a family stay.

It's a homely place, and Host Nikhil is awesome. The rooms are spacious and big, with 24 hrs Hot water, and cleanliness is perfect. Sai Mandir is walking distance, and it's close to everything. Try their inhouse Agarbatti Brand, the fragrances are beautiful. Perfect plac for family, and we'll be regulars at Neem Tree now.

After a tiring trip from BOM, I paid 2k expecting a night’s rest, but it felt like sleeping in a tent beside the main road. The lodge sits right by Shirdi main bus depot, with horns, diesel tuk tuk noise and people yelling outside all day. The windows and insulation are so poor that you feel part of every road conversation, and the noise makes it impossible to sleep at night. The staff were ruthless and showed no sense of customer service. They seem to count on the many devotees needing shelter, figuring someone will pay for a room anyway. This was the worst place I’ve stayed. If you care about getting a full night’s sleep, stay away.
