The rooms are large and spacious, the vegetarian food was good, and the pool was nice, though it wasn't properly maintained. But with family, honestly, don't book here. The road to the hotel is narrow, empty, and surrounded by jungle on both sides for about 4 to 5 km from the main road. Once you enter the resort, you feel locked in, like it's a ghost hotel. The location deserves zero stars, and the road makes it a bad choice for families with kids. We booked two rooms for two nights with breakfast, but the breakfast wasn't up to standard. You have to order a la carte, there's no buffet, and the food options are limited. Reception initially refused a dental kit, then provided one after discussion. They say basic amenities like that are supplied only once at check-in, even for a 2 or 3 night stay, so you'd have to use the same kit for the remaining days. Nothing about it felt like a resort.

For the price, this is the best room you can get in Shirdi. The rooms have the basic amenities, and the staff are very helpful. The location is the only drawback: if you're using cabs, the hotel offers free transport to the temple, which is handy. Coming in your own vehicle avoids the issue.

There was a pickup and drop-off service to the temple, and the garden was nice for children to enjoy. We had a really good stay with very tasty, authentic food, and the staff behaved so well. I'd recommend it for a stay with family or friends.

The only downside was getting there. The road was in poor condition and very narrow, and a car is really the only option. There aren't any accessible shops or medical facilities nearby for an emergency. Once there, though, it was a good experience: the rooms were spacious and clean, the restaurant served good vegetarian food, and the staff were responsive.

Krishnan was very nice, and Umesh showed me around the whole resort. The staff were good and the food was excellent. It's a peaceful place with very large rooms and a great location for a Shirdi stay. Just be aware you need your own vehicle since it's inside the village.
