Lords Garden Glory Hotel

We arrived at 12:30 AM and nobody was there to check us in or hand over a room key. I managed to catch someone using the staff stairs, and eventually receptionist Meenakshi showed up. When we explained how upsetting the situation was, she got angry that we'd disturbed her. It was around 1 AM by then, and the owner and staff showed no consideration or commitment. They didn't even give me a key, someone just opened the room with a master key and left. Another couple who arrived later was waiting too, and they were frustrated as well. When they raised basic issues with their stay, the staff reacted angrily toward them too. The room wasn't clean enough, and there weren't even basic things like a kettle. This was the worst experience I've had. Please don't consider booking this hotel.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, polite, and courteous, which made our stay pleasant. We had a spacious, comfortable room facing the valley with lovely views. Treebo Lords Glory was impressive for the price and felt like a very good deal. The food was decent, though it didn't quite live up to the rest of the stay. Everything else was well taken care of, so it's a solid choice at that price.

I stayed for two days, and the service was awful. There were only two trainees handling everything, including hospitality and cooking, with no senior staff present during my stay. No other room service staff seemed to be around either. After placing an order, we waited for hours.

Pardhan ji, who looks after the guests, is so sweet, polite, and genuine. It felt like home, and the rates are reasonable. The view, service, and cleanliness were all really good. Such an awesome place, definitely book a room here!
