Gaurav Lords Resort Shrivardhan

We had an amazing two days. The meals were delicious, the pool was clean, and there was a fun gaming space. The rooms were tidy, and the location is the best in town. The staff were so well mannered and made us feel right at home. Thanks for the great hospitality. Good for families and couples too.

Great views, comfortable rooms, reliable room service, a delicious breakfast, a nice pool, and fun outdoor games. The hotel has plenty going for it, but the food portions were disappointingly tiny. I ordered the menu’s "Large Portion of French Fries" as a nighttime snack, and the amount was ridiculously small. I also ordered Russian Salad expecting the classic version, but it came in lightly sweet curd and wasn’t what I expected. 2/5 stars. The amenities are strong, but the food service needs serious improvement in portion size and authenticity.

The property is huge, with a nice location and good ambiance. Our ground-floor rooms had balconies, which we liked, and they were spacious, though they could use some maintenance and be cleaner. The veg food was nice, and the staff arranged whatever we asked for. It’s 80 steps from the rooms to the restaurant, but you can go by car if walking is difficult. The play area and tennis court were good. It was a pleasant, peaceful stay, especially since there aren’t many options in the area. We’d love to come back. It was an extremely disappointing stay at Gaurav Lords Resort, Shrivardhan, and not worth the money at all. When we arrived to check in, no one was there to help with a welcome drink. The room and bathroom were very small and had a strong unpleasant smell. The gallery was very unclean, and no one was setting there. The manager was completely unprofessional when it came to resolving issues. They didn’t provide a bathroom kit either.
