I’m writing this while we’re still here. We booked two rooms for three days, and the AC in both isn’t working. There are lizards, rats, and mosquitoes in the rooms. There’s only one electric kettle for all the rooms, shared by guests one after another. The lift stops working when there’s no electricity. The hotel is extremely untidy. Very disappointed.

I stayed here for two days. The room was good for the low price, and everything else was good too. The road around the hotel wasn’t clear.

Even with an online booking, the staff told me they don’t accept online bookings here. Their behavior was very bad. Useless hotel, don’t go with friends or family.

The online and Oyo price said 909, but they charged me 1400. The hotel also appears as Oyo on Google, yet when you arrive they say they have no connection with Oyo. There was no room service, the shower didn’t work, and there was no hot water after 10pm. The rooms were unhygienic, with pests on the floors and in the bathrooms. The lift shut off after 10pm, and the hotel gate was closed after 10pm, even during Durgapuja.

The location works well for travel, at the junction of Chas and Bokaro Steel City. The hotel opened in 2016 and was new with good support then, but it lost its glory after Corona. There’s no AC backup when the power goes out, the food isn’t good, and the staff service isn’t good either. For a long stay, I wouldn’t recommend it. So far, it’s fine for a one-day business trip.
