The room itself was spacious and good, but that was the only positive. I was told this was a 3 star hotel by my travel agent, yet it felt like a lodge. It's on the second floor, with stairs and a small dark corridor that's difficult to navigate with luggage. There's no lift or car parking, and no intercom. The staff were arrogant and uncooperative. They provide no coffee maker, dental kit, neat bath towel, or complimentary mineral water. There's no restaurant. Don't choose breakfast or dinner either: the food comes from an unhygienic roadside vendor. Dinner was plain rice and dal curry, nothing else. The bathroom wasn't clean, it leaked, the door wouldn't lock, and there was no privacy.

The staff were good and the toilet was clean, but my first impression wasn't good. There's no proper parking, and even the reception boy didn't know where to park. The bed covers were very dirty. They don't have their own restaurant, and the food portions were tiny.

For Rs 575/-, I thought I was getting a comfortable single room with air conditioning. When I arrived, they said they couldn't provide an air-conditioned room at that price. I didn't want to argue and had no real choice, so I accepted it.

There's no lift, and parking means leaving your vehicle on the road. The property is on the second floor. I had booked through oyo, but on arrival the manager refused to give me a room, saying oyo didn't give them a good rate ( Rs.). I was surprised to hear that and gave up.

I was completely disappointed with Oyo and the hoteliers. I booked two rooms for check-in on 5th July and check-out on 6th July, and both Oyo and the hotel had confirmed everything. But when my family and I arrived, the hotelier refused check-in without a proper reason. They said they couldn't give us rooms at that discounted price, even though they had listed the property on Oyo. If they weren't happy with the price, why confirm the booking and put us through this at the last minute? I spent about an hour talking to Oyo and got no solution. They had no right to harass us like that.
