The prices felt reasonable, and the place had a distinctive feel compared with the usual spots. I visited with a friend and we both loved the beautiful ambience, especially the warm, special lighting. Everyone on staff was so kind and welcoming, and the service was great. I don’t usually write reviews, but this visit made me want to share. Definitely worth visiting.

The staff made a great impression, especially the helpful people at the front desk. They were friendly and efficient. From the moment you arrive, the hotel feels modern and calm, and it’s a lovely place to enjoy a comfortable stay.

The chicken and pulao were fine, and the waiter service was very good. The mutton curry we ordered, though, wasn’t cooked well. There’s room to improve the food.

The staff are really friendly, and the menu has tasty food at reasonable prices. I found the interior beautifully cozy, making Vista Suites one of the best luxury hotels in Tezpur for comfort. It’s a lovely place to spend quality time with friends and family. A 10 out of 10 from me. 😊💫

I’ve had good experiences here before and have always loved this hotel, which is why this visit was so disappointing. We asked for an early check-in and were willing to pay the extra charge, but the manager was rude, dismissive, and uncooperative. Even after we asked several times, there was no timely response or attempt to find a solution. I hope management looks into it. One person’s behavior shouldn’t damage a good hotel’s reputation.
