The White IBIS A Boutique Hotel

We spent 15 days at Hotel White Ibis while relocating for a transfer, and it really felt like home. The staff were well trained and took special care of our kids, which meant a lot. The hospitality was warm and caring, and our transit stay was worry-free. I enjoyed every meal at Drunk Panda, and the Saturday night parties were a lot of fun. For families or longer stays, this is hands down the best hotel in Sibsagar. Highly recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, and its ambiance is superb for the area. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food were delicious. Mr Ritupon Bora served and presented the food outstandingly, always with a smile and great courtesy. The front office manager, Mr Ghose, was friendly and ready to help. Friendly staff were always ready to help and made guests feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. With good amenities and a convenient location, it’s a strong choice for business or leisure. A highly recommended stay for comfort and quality.

I dined here on 25th may 2026, and the service was the worst I’ve experienced. We waited over 18mins just to place our orders. The waiter was completely unresponsive, didn’t refill our water, and we had to track him down for the bill. When we complained, he argued that he was right and blamed us. Even after we repeated our order, we still weren’t served properly. Later, he said the kitchen was cleaned and there was nothing left to serve. The food came cold and tasted stale. When we politely raised it, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, with no effort to fix the problem. The place felt poorly managed and extremely disappointing. I’d avoid it until the customer service improves.
