When we arrived with our family, the office was closed, and we had to find the owner nearby. He told us they didn’t operate through OYO and had lost money. I’d booked two rooms in a hurry, so we ended up making several calls to OYO and then GoIbibo. GoIbibo sorted it quickly, returning the full amount to my bank and giving me goCash compensation. OYO customer care was very poor. Be careful booking this hotel through OYO: they don’t have a tie-up with them, and you could face trouble or lose money.

It’s in a remote street, and the rooms are 2 BHK flats rather than separate rooms. It might work if you’re just a group of guys looking for a roof to sleep under, but I wouldn’t recommend it for couples or families. If you have other options, take them.

There wasn’t even anyone there when we arrived with family to check in, despite having a confirmed booking. We waited for over two hours. I’d give zero stars if I could. I don’t recommend staying here.

No one was available to help us, and the OYO service desk kept apologizing without resolving anything. Horrible service from OYO, and guests get no respect. People should start boycotting OYO if this is the kind of team they have. Never trust or book this place.

The breakfast was hygienic and had a good variety.
