The washrooms smelled so bad they were unbearable, so I ended up using one in an adjacent room. My room was poorly maintained and unhygienic, and the hotel was inconveniently located and hard to find. Check-in was slow and the staff were unfriendly. At checkout, they categorically refused to help with the luggage in the car. There were no proper arrangements, and the whole stay was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I left very unhappy.
2/10
The room wasn’t clean when I arrived, and there was no AC despite it being advertised. That made an already uncomfortable stay worse. I also had a particularly bad interaction with Mr. Virender, who was unprofessional and unhelpful. The facilities and service fell well below standard. I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves things.
