Hotel Narayan Palace

😊 The room was nice.

We checked in at Narayana Palace, Khatu Shyam in the evening, but the service was very poor. The washroom wasn’t maintained, there was no proper water facility, and the staff behaved badly. Later, there was an electricity problem. Instead of fixing it, staff kept arguing. We wanted to check out early and get a refund, but they still deducted money unfairly. Not worth the price, and the management was disappointing.

At Narayana Palace, Khatu Shyam, I stayed for hardly an hour after checking in around midnight. They still refused to refund the full amount when I decided to leave because of the problems, and said they’d take half the money. There hadn’t been proper water or decent washroom facilities, and at about 1:15 AM the power went out completely. When I contacted staff, they said it was “not their responsibility” because the whole area had lost power, instead of helping. That was careless and rude. Charging for a stay without basic facilities was completely unfair. Very unprofessional management, poor service, and no customer support. I’d never recommend this place.

The rooms were spacious and clean.
