The Haveli has been restored beautifully, and both the property and rooms are lovely, but it needs more maintenance. At these prices, the service should be better. No one came to attend to us, the staff weren't good, and there wasn't anything to do nearby. The hotel's vibe also didn't feel welcoming. I wouldn't recommend it for its location and price, though you could still try it and have a great experience.

Anju didi and her team made our family temple trip feel like home, and the food was simple but really delicious. The kids enjoyed it too. We'd read the Google reviews before booking, but with children and a senior citizen travelling with us, we were still a little unsure. I only wish we'd stayed longer.

The frescoes give this house so much charm, and it's truly an authentic, very comfortable Haveli with good vegetarian food and friendly hosts. I had limited interaction with Abicek or Savita, though. It's an amazing place and a must-stay.

I came alone for the monsoon music festival, from 13 to 15 August, and felt very comfortable as a 60-year-old traveller. The host, other festival guests and staff gave me lots of support and good company. There was great music, food and architecture alongside the history and luxurious, authentic Rajasthani hospitality. I also met locals who respect the work of vedaranya and made us guests feel very welcome. A guide from vedarnya took me to the nearby temple for a blissful Shivratri puja. A must-visit if you're planning a trip to Rajasthan.

The ride from the Haveli to Salasar for the Salasar Balaji temple visit was smooth and added to the trip. I also loved the old living temples and the architectural sites. This is a lovely place for anyone after old-world charm with modern amenities. The food was spectacular, delicious, nutritious and so satisfying.
