We stayed at this hotel for one day one month ago, for khatu shyam baba s darshan. The evening dinner was very nice, and when we called reception that evening, the staff were supportive, helpful, and very polite. Our room was very clean and furnished to a superior quality. They also gave us breakfast in the morning, which was hygienic and tasty. Thanks.

The rooms are spacious and good, but the service was pathetic. They charged a very high room price after claiming they would provide good quality, yet the service didn't match. No one even picked up calls at the front desk, and we had to carry our own luggage when checking out. We meant to stay at the adjacent Regenta but somehow ended up here. Better to stay at Regenta, which offers rooms at the same price.

A special thanks to Subhash from the Front Office for being so helpful and providing exceptional assistance. I had a truly wonderful stay at Mastiff Select Aparajita, Khatu Shyam Ji. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were extremely polite and supportive throughout. Thanks for making the stay memorable.

The food at MASTIFF select APARAJITA, KHATTU SHYAM JI was tasty and satisfying. I'd eaten lunch and dinner at other hotels and restaurants in all of khattu Shyam ji, but this was the only place where I found yummy food for the tummy. Mr. SUMER SINGH ji, the best chef, and Mr.SHIV KUMAR JI, the restaurant manager, helped us try new dishes from the menu. Must visit and meet them before placing an order. Highly recommend.

Had a very good time here. After a hectic pilgrim visit, this place feels like home, and the luxury speaks for itself. The staff were very cooperative, especially Chetna and Mohit. Thumbs up to the management!!!
