The food was great all round, and service came with a smile. The rooms were fantastic for the conference and impeccably clean, with a great location and good service. I do think the front office team could be trained to speak and understand English better. For the price, I would have liked a hair dryer in the bathroom. I also couldn't try the gym because it doesn't open until 7 am. It should be accessible around the clock.

Dominic, the Food & Beverage Manager, deserves a special mention. He helped us from the start to the end of the function, staying present, attentive, patient, and kind while answering all our questions. We hosted our nephew's naming ceremony here, and everything went smoothly. The banquet hall was beautiful, well organized, and just right for the occasion. The team supported us throughout, and all our guests appreciated the amazing food.

Finding a suitable venue for our monthly review in Thrissur was initially challenging because management made the decision so quickly, and I wasn't sure we'd be able to hold it. Then I found Park Inn and Suites by Radisson and connected with Mr. Dominic. From there, everything went smoothly. The conference room was top-notch, the food excellent, and Rinto and Dominic provided above-par service. We loved how the team hosted us and will definitely come back. Thanks again.

At checkout, the hotel gave my child a thoughtful little gift with stickers and an activity card. The only awkward part was being asked for feedback right after receiving it, when guests may be in a hurry. It would be better to let people respond later at their convenience. The restaurant staff were especially attentive, and the food was very good. Our room was extremely neat, had all the required amenities, and the bed was comfortable, so the stay felt relaxing. The hotel was easy to find, though it's at a very busy intersection and you have to be careful entering or leaving because of the traffic. Parking is available on two basement levels. We had a pleasant visit to Thrissur overall.
