The food was great, and parking had enough space to keep guests happy. The rooms were large, clean, and spacious. I really enjoyed staying here, and its location is almost right in the heart of Silchar town. I'll definitely visit again.

What keeps my family coming back to Borail View Regency for the past three years, especially on our Silchar business trips, is the service along with the rooms and food. It's been our first choice in town. Ashu Das in the restaurant brought our dinner promptly and even added an extra table so we could eat comfortably. The whole family enjoyed the dinner Minto served. He took special care with our food, even coming up to my first-floor studio room. Mujibur, Jumki, Seema-Uma, Sabitri, and the other room attendants also kept everything tidy and were quick to see to our needs. I'm looking forward to another stay at Borail View Regency.

After the renovation, the hotel has a fresh look. The reception staff were especially courteous, and there was a gym too. Our complimentary breakfast had a good range of choices, and the food was good. The rooms were tidy and spacious. We had an excellent experience.

The restaurant staff came across as arrogant, speaking as though they were millionaires, and their expressions didn't help. If the hotel replaced some of its staff, the place could really do well. The rooms seem okay for the price, and the hotel is right in the city centre. But if good hospitality and polite surroundings matter to you, avoid BORAIL VIEW.

Gautam Das helped us put together a smooth family gathering at Spice Garden on the evening of Feb 15. We loved the ambience and the food, and the service was prompt.
