Right in the middle of the market, so the location was really convenient, and we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, the workers were easy to talk to, and the staff were friendly. The room was excellent for the price. It is three stories up, which caught me by surprise, but that alone wasn’t enough to take off a star.
The water smelled awful, the rooms weren’t good, and the service was beyond bad. Worst hotel I’ve ever visited. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Worst hotel. I spent the whole stay wondering why I’d booked it in the first place.
I booked two rooms for my family during Durga Puja. There’s no AC, and the rooms were just okay, not in good condition. For the same budget, you can find more hotels.
For Rs. 700 a night, this was a terrible stay. The room was dirty, and the bathroom and toilet were filthy, with foul-smelling water. There was no lock on the bathroom door, one window pane was broken, and the ceiling fan regulator didn’t work. Room service was poor. A complete waste of money, and I was very disappointed.
