The hotel sits in the middle of a busy wholesale medicine market, so getting a car through meant moving scooters out of the way. Not a great location. My room was decent, though it wasn’t maintained very well, and the in-room service was good. The early checkout was the real problem. At 4:30 am the reception didn’t answer, so I had to go downstairs and wake the sleeping caretakers and receptionist. They got my bill, switched off the lights, and went back to sleep while I was still waiting for my car in the lobby. I wouldn’t recommend it for an early checkout.

The location at Hotel Sevoke Valley was really convenient, and the rooms were spotless. Service was top-notch too. I had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend it! ✨🤩💖💯

The location is the one decent part, close to hilcart rd and bidhan rd. Breakfast was very limited, and they couldn’t even arrange bread and butter because they said it was finished. Worse, there were bed bugs, and I had to see a doctor for medication. A terrible experience.

We’ve stayed here regularly for the past few years, and the management has always been courteous and flexible with our requests. The location is fantastic, with hongkong market just a lane away. Kanchenjunga stadium is close too, and that’s where our kids’ winter camp drops off. Room size and amenities do depend on the category. The lower-priced rooms have less to offer, especially in size, while the higher categories are excellent.

Staff are very good and cooperative. They even arranged a car for us at 4 am, which we used. The hotel is clean and pleasant, with a restaurant downstairs. My one real reservation is the room size. At Rs.2000 including GST, the smaller rooms don’t feel worth the price, though the cleanliness and overall environment still earn it a 4+ from me.
