I stayed with my wife at this business hotel in February 2026 during a recent visit to Darjeeling. We arrived at 11:30 am, and check-in was smooth. The hotel is in Pradhan Nagar, Ward 46, near the Hill Cart Road approach. It’s about 14 km from Bagdogra Airport and 7 km from New Jalpaiguri. Check-in is at 12 pm and checkout at 10 am. Pets aren’t allowed, and the languages spoken are English, Hindi, Bengali, and Nepalese. Our Premium room, number 321, was on the second floor and about 18 square metres, a moderate size. For a three-star business hotel, it was simple but decently furnished, with a large bed, writing desk and lamp, small wardrobe, electronic safe, and refrigerator. The bed and linens were comfortable, and the room was clean. There was good air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Tea and coffee facilities were provided, drinking water was replenished, and the tea and coffee pouches were replaced daily. The bathroom was good, with acceptable-quality fittings, a separate shower, and enough hot water. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and soft, clean towels were supplied, and the toiletries were good quality. The pillows and quilt were good too, and extra pillows and blankets were available on request. Room rating: 4. The hotel has the facilities you’d expect from a standard business hotel, with a decent lobby, indoor games, gym, and swimming pool. Facilities rating: 4. There’s one restaurant-cafe, with an elaborate buffet breakfast and a la carte meals. We had lunch there, and the food quality, taste, and preparation were all perfect. Dining rating: 4. Service was good, rated 4. The location was rated 4 as well. Activities listed include a pool, gym, business facilities, and massage. I’d recommend it as a mid-range business hotel for a short stay. Overall rating: 4.
