Parking is a bit concerning, but the food and service quality were great. The staff are well mannered, and it’s usually calm, so guests can enjoy their time.

The rooms are dirty and room service is the worst. The receptionist doesn’t seem bothered about responding to customer requests.

The room was spacious, which was the one thing I liked. I stayed for 4 days, but the AC didn’t do its job. Issues like the intercom took days to get fixed, and the lift still wasn’t working when I checked out after those 4 days. The restaurant manager was also impolite.

The food service is the worst. Don’t order online from this hotel. They take your payment, then don’t prepare the food and cancel the order after 40-50 minutes. Your payment gets intimated afterwards.

It’s an okay hotel, but there’s some uncleanliness and water leaks in the bathroom. Service is super slow, and the staff are untrained. Dinner orders take at least 30 minutes.
