I stayed at the hotel yesterday, and the room cleaning was awful. It felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned for 3-4 months. The floor seemed to have gone uncleaned for days, and the washroom was terrible. I forgot to take photos to upload.

One of the better car rental services. The rates are good, they’re on time, and there are no problems. The driver was great, and drove from Assam.

The rooms were quite good, but an unpleasant smell filled the room and toilet. Compared with our last visit, this time we felt uncomfortable because the door lock wasn’t proper. Overall, I’d give this hotel 1 star.

The entrance is quite difficult for senior citizens, with a steep staircase, and the ambience wasn’t good. The staff came across as arrogant, and the rooms didn’t feel fresh or inviting. There are other hotels nearby that are worth staying at. I booked a room, but they cancelled it when I arrived to check in, saying it was due to untrustworthiness. I also found that receptionists in Silvassa generally weren’t friendly or willing to help.

I’m asking the owner to improve staff communication and behaviour. At reception, one of the two people gave us room details, while the other said no rooms were available. Online, rooms were still showing as available. The whole situation seemed to be because we were bachelors. If bachelors aren’t allowed, there should be a notice at the entrance. I would have given the receptionist zero stars, but since that wasn’t an option, I gave one.
