Treat Resort

For our first wedding anniversary, Treat Resort Silvassa gave us a memorable mix of relaxing resort time and fun at the adventure park. The property was clean, beautiful, and extremely well maintained, with lovely attention to detail throughout. The Treat Silvassa team made us feel welcome the whole time, always guiding us with a smile and treating us with real courtesy. We especially enjoyed the food. There was a huge variety, including Jain food that was thoughtfully prepared and easy to get, and every meal was satisfying. At the adventure park, the staff guided us enthusiastically and professionally, and took great care to keep each activity safe. That made the rides enjoyable and stress-free. We had thrilling activities as well as peaceful moments at the resort, and the whole anniversary felt just right. A lovely getaway for couples, families, or anyone after a complete break. ❤️

Although the staff were kind and helpful, the way this place is run needs serious work. We had no water in the toilet or shower, room service took ages with basic requests, and towels at the pool arrived very late after we asked for them. The food was average and not worth what it cost. The property looks good, but service and upkeep were poor for the price. This was my second visit and, honestly, my last. It felt very overpriced, and I can't recommend the resort or see myself returning.

We booked for check-in on the 21st and checkout on the 22nd to celebrate my daughter’s birthday near Surat. The resort in Silvassa looked big and beautiful, so despite the high charges we expected good service. The experience was very disappointing. The children’s game and activity tickets were expensive. When we bought them, staff said a child could repeat an activity once if they skipped another, but the trainer later refused. I also asked room service for a shaving kit at least five times that evening. It finally arrived at 10:30 AM the next morning, right at checkout time. There were problems in the room too. The AC and fridge didn’t work, and repeated complaints never got them properly fixed. The bathroom was poorly cleaned and had cockroaches. The room phone and bell often didn’t work, and in room no. 2008 the fan ran but its speed control switch didn’t. The room Wi-Fi wasn’t working either. For premium prices, guests expect proper maintenance and service. The property is beautiful, but the quality of service was extremely disappointing and not worth the amount charged.

The rooms are big and comfortable, and there’s a decent variety of good food. With plenty of amenities to keep you occupied, it’s an easy place to unwind in a calm, organized setting. The property itself is clean, spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and very well maintained.
