The staff were the one good part, but the food was bad, despite how good it first seemed to us. Prices for food were also too high. Maintenance is an issue, even though this hotel could be the best in Digha. Our room's AC was stuck at one temperature. They blamed dead remote batteries, and only replaced them after I kept asking. We paid for a double deluxe room but got a cheaper one while still being charged the higher rate. We didn't know the room rates, and only found that out on checkout day. When the hotel makes mistakes, guests are the ones who have to compromise, and they wouldn't initiate a refund. I wouldn't recommend booking here. If you do, it's at your own risk.

Other rooms can get noisy, with doors closing or parties disturbing the peace. Still, I had a very good experience and would love to come back. The rooms are spacious, the location is good, and the food was good too. Staff were very cooperative, room service was spot on, and check-in and checkout were smooth and flexible. The price was reasonable.

Breakfast came with the room, and the food was good. Staff were cordial, although it took them half an hour to find our booking. The hotel is close to the city centre and about a 10-minute walk from the beach. Rooms were okay but could be cleaner. Online rates were cheaper than booking at the desk.

From the security staff to the manager, everyone treated us with care and was well behaved. The rooms were nicely decorated and well maintained, and the restaurant was good with good food. It was a beautiful stay and a wonderful experience. I'll stay at this same hotel next time I'm in Digha, and recommend it to my friends, relatives, and anyone reading this. Best of luck.

This hotel stood out from the others in Digha for me. The rates are affordable, the rooms and amenities are good, and the food quality compares well with other hotels. Room charges include a complimentary buffet breakfast. There's plenty of car parking space, and they also provide free Wi-Fi.
