The cleanliness was a real problem. They gave us spotted towels, and there were spider webs in the room. When I asked to move rooms, the owner told me to change my property and offered no help with amenities. I ended up moving to another hotel at a higher cost, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There’s a pub right across from the hotel, and its loud music might disturb you around 2 a.m. The restaurant serves good food, and you can ask for it without onion or garlic. Staff are good, and MG Marg is nearby.

The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty walls and wooden panels, and the sheets and blankets smelled bad. Staff were rude and blunt when replying. The service was very poor, no rating deserved.

The intercom didn’t work, though they gave us a number to call from a cellphone. Breakfast came in small portions and there wasn’t much choice: you could have puri bhaji or bread and butter, but not small portions of both. How inconvenient!

The staff were rude and not supportive at all. My luggage was lost there, and they seemed to charge whatever they wanted. In the rooms, the walls were dirty, there were no towels or toiletries like soap or handwash, and the TV was always out of order. The rooms were small, and there was no intercom or phone.
