Mr. Kalu Singh Meena really made the meal feel special. He was polite and attentive, making sure things were right without hovering, and that level of service lifted the whole visit. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food at VITS KAMAT Silvassa restaurant was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Every dish seemed carefully prepared and served just right. Highly recommended, and I’d gladly go back.
The food was a highlight for us, especially the authentic flavors at the restaurant. Staff were warm and courteous, always ready to help, and the peaceful atmosphere made our family stay even more comfortable. The resort is beautifully kept, with lush greenery, spacious rooms, and care visible around the property. Families also have a clean swimming pool and plenty of space for kids to play. It would also be a perfect destination wedding venue for anyone wanting to celebrate with 99 Rooms and a great lawn area. We had a wonderful, refreshing stay at VITS Kamats Resort Silvassa and made lovely memories with our loved ones. Highly recommended for a serene and enjoyable visit in Silvassa. The breakfast is acceptable, and the restaurant is okay too, though orders take quite a while to arrive. The building is old, with outdated bathroom fixtures and infrastructure. I’d say this place suits events more than working professionals, but if you’re on a business trip and just want a basic hotel, it could work. Overall, it’s neither especially good nor especially bad.
Friendly, professional staff and prompt service made my stay very comfortable. The hotel had clean, spacious rooms and offered excellent hospitality. I had a great experience, and would definitely recommend it to others. I look forward to visiting again, and appreciate the great support from Ms.Priyanshu Jha.
The property is in a good location, and the swimming pool is good. The other activities, like indoor games, spa, and health club, didn’t meet the mark at all. They seem to be listed as amenities without much to offer. 👎 Food quality was okay, but the restricted hours for getting food don’t suit a good holiday. Often staff would answer “NO” to an order. Even when we could order from the available list, delivery could take so long that we’d almost forgotten what we ordered by the time it came. 🙄 I’ve never seen such bad service, especially with prices like a 3- or 4-star resort and service that feels like zero stars. The restaurant service is pathetic, zero stars from me. The charges compared with the service just aren’t good. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
