Touchwood Resort Indore

The park feels very basic, and the staff seemed poorly trained and unsure of what they were doing. With the space available, they could have done much more. Kids can have a bit of fun at the waterpark and adventure park, especially if you’re skipping other water parks in Indore, but expect average facilities and mediocre service.

We spent three days here for a family function and had a lot of fun. The food and service were very good, and we especially enjoyed the water park on our last day. It’s a nice place outside Indore on the plateau to spend time and recharge.

There are a few activities for adventure, but the pool and its slides weren’t working properly, and the service wasn’t very good. The food quality was poor, and the drinking water had lots of tiny particles that didn’t seem healthy. The place also isn’t very good and is easy to see from far away.

The adventure package was a highlight. The tasks were challenging and needed your full attention, and the safety measures seemed sufficient. Staff were very helpful, guiding and motivating us until we reached the goal. The water world had some interesting slides and helpful support staff, though the pools were shallow, with a maximum depth of 4 feet. Food was good and service prompt. It’s located where Shell city used to be, and with good marketing and maintenance it could do really well. A great spot for a team outing or family get-together.
