We had a lovely, peaceful stay at the beautiful Jungle Lodge Resorts, Kasauli. Mr. Ankit took such good care of our anniversary plans, handling everything warmly and professionally, from the arrangements to the little thoughtful touches. He went the extra mile to make our celebration memorable and stress-free. The staff were warm and the hospitality was great. Highly recommended! And if you love dogs, go say hello to their inhouse pet BUZO. He's Pawsome!!!!

I've been here at least 10 times, and every visit keeps getting better. The vibe, service, food, and stay are all amazing. I even switched my favourite hill station to Kasauli because of this hotel. I've already recommended it to 25 +friends and will keep telling people about it. Every time, it feels like a perfect 5-star experience! 🌄✨😍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What I'll remember most about our family vacation is how the people, surroundings, food, and comfortable stay came together. We travelled from Gujarat Ahmedabad and spent 4 nights and 5 days at Jungle Lodge Resort, Kasauli. It was one of those trips that leaves you with beautiful memories. The resort's peaceful setting and lovely views stood out, as did the attention to hygiene. Common areas were kept up regularly, and staff were there when needed. Cleanliness stayed consistently high throughout. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and well maintained, with prompt, efficient housekeeping and room service. For the stay, I'd give it 10/10. We never felt we needed to go out for a meal. The food was fresh and delicious, with enough variety to keep adults and kids happy, and each meal felt thoughtfully prepared. The in-house drinks bar was the cherry on top. Food gets 9/10. The staff were well trained, courteous, and genuinely caring. They made my wife's birthday extra special with a beautiful cake and a memorable moment for our family. Those small gestures stick with you. Hospitality gets 9/10. Weekend live music nights also keep the resort alive and humming. 😃 Our family especially loved the indoor heated pool. It was fantastic, clean, and well maintained, and we could enjoy it any time of day without worrying about harsh sun or tanning. It became the highlight of the trip. Pool gets 10/10. There's a dedicated play area for young kids, as well as basketball and cricket spaces to keep them busy while parents relax. Kids' activities get 8/10. Given the rooms, food, hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities, we found it excellent value for money, a 9/10. My overall rating is 9.2/10. Jungle Lodge Resort gave our family a comfortable, relaxing holiday in Kasauli, and we left with wonderful memories. I'd highly recommend it to families looking for a peaceful getaway with great food, warm hospitality, excellent cleanliness, and one of the best indoor heated pools in the region.

The pool was a highlight, heated, spotless, and lovely, though some live music there would be nice. Our room was clean and roomy with a good view, but the kitchen was empty and there was no smart TV, minibar, or bucket. Check-in was confusing and we had to get the staff's attention. No one helped with our bags at checkout until I started carrying them myself, then someone stepped in. Breakfast was okay, but could use more live stations, like pancakes. Dinner had good food and live music, and room service was good.
