The location is handy, with nearby attractions, markets, and transport easy to reach, so it works for leisure or business trips. Food service, if available, is satisfactory, with decent variety and quality. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds, good lighting, and the basic amenities for a relaxing stay. Staff were courteous and professional, and service from check-in to check-out was smooth. Housekeeping kept things clean, and the common areas were tidy and organized. It isn't luxurious, but it offers a comfortable, safe, and affordable stay with reliable service and good value for money.

Street noise went on through the night and into the early morning, so I didn't sleep well. The room also had cockroaches and bed bugs, and staff didn't respond to my complaints. The hotel was poorly managed. I wanted to cancel the reservation the next day, but they refused to refund me if I cancelled.

We stayed at Hotel Swagat Somnath near the temple in Jan-26, and the experience was really bad. The service and staff behavior were poor, the room wasn't clean, and there were no services like hot water or TV.

We booked and paid for a room 20 days in advance, but it was disappointing. The toilets were dirty, the rooms stank, and there was no hot water or AC. It's far from the temple. I'd give it 0 stars.

The sheets and chaddar were so dirty that sleeping there felt uncomfortable. Hygiene is a must and nonnegotiable in hotels. The location is near the temple, which is a good thing, but the stay was just okay overall.
