The staff were rigid, negative, and uncooperative the whole time, and even refused a simple bucket of water so we could clean our car windows. There seems to be no management or basic empathy for guests. Our room was also in shocking condition, with walls cracking and breaking apart, and it was so small that an extra bed could barely fit, despite our booking being for 3 people. Dining was frustrating too: most menu items we tried to order weren’t available, and they didn’t even have basic biscuits with morning tea. This stay didn’t meet basic hospitality standards, let alone the Sheraton name. Save your money and book elsewhere.

The food was quite good, with a nice choice of dishes, and dining service was efficient and polite. The hotel itself felt calm and relaxing, a good place to unwind. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained with the needed amenities, and housekeeping kept it fresh and tidy. Staff were welcoming and ready to help from arrival, and check-in was quick and smooth. I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sonmarg and would gladly return or recommend it.

The courteous staff, always attentive and ready to help with a smile, really stood out during our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sonmarg. The service exceeded expectations, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. The clean, spacious, well-kept rooms had beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. A lovely spot for a peaceful getaway in Sonmarg, with comfort and natural scenery together. Highly recommended.

We had a spacious, comfortable room with wonderful valley views, and the meals were delicious, especially the Waza Chicken. Head Chef Mr. Amir deserves a big thank you for making our stay memorable. The staff were warm and helpful, and the snow-capped mountain setting at Four Points by Sheraton Sonamarg was breathtaking. A truly unforgettable visit.

I really liked our family stay here. The rooms were neat and clean, the food was yummy, and the service was top notch. Staff were professional, well behaved, and helpful throughout. Security officer irfan was especially helpful. Beautiful hotel and a must visit, with value for every penny spent. 👍
