Inside the property, it's calm and quiet even though crowded spots are all around. The owners and managers keep it clean and well maintained, and the furniture and appliances were in good condition, including the AC, geyser, TV, and mini refrigerator. It's a single-floor setup with five similar rooms next to each other. Each has a wide balcony outside the entrance, with a table and two comfortable chairs. Palolem beach is literally 100m from the entrance, and the main Palolem market is close too, making this a good-value option. We found it cozy.

Palolem beach is just a minute's walk away, and the room was clean and neat. The service was good, and the owner was friendly and easy to approach. We stayed for 2 nights. They don't offer complimentary breakfast, which is the one downside, though there are plenty of restaurants nearby. For what we paid, it was worth it.

Sanjay, the owner, was a big part of what made our stay at Alba Rooms in Palolem so pleasant. He was kind and cordial, always smiling, and dealt promptly with every question, big or small, so we felt well looked after. The rooms were clean and tidy, and clearly well maintained. They had modern amenities that made things comfortable, including reliable Wi-Fi, a smart TV with OTT app subscriptions, and a refrigerator for keeping drinks cold in the Palolem heat. The bathroom was spotless too. We had a delightful stay and found Alba Rooms excellent value. We'll definitely return on our next trip to Palolem.

A lovely garden that feels fresh, supportive staff, and clean, neat rooms. You can park opposite the rooms, and the beach is only 15sec away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.
