We stayed in the Benaulim area and felt the apartment was worth what we paid. It had the everyday essentials, including a washing machine, water filter, refrigerator, and microwave. Mr. Menon was helpful with everything we needed. A good option if you’re on a tight budget, and I’d recommend it for an affordable stay.

I stayed for four nights with my family, and all of us were really satisfied. The rooms were spotless, clean, and well maintained. Mr. Bala gave exceptional service and was committed to making sure we felt comfortable. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We spent a very enjoyable month here in January/February 2023. The apartment is beside the Panchayat, so taxi and tuk-tuk drivers know where to find it without needing directions. Bala and Reema were attentive hosts, and Bala even came to welcome us at 4am after our flight from the UK arrived in the early morning. The next day, they both brought us a selection of Indian dishes, which we were grateful for. The apartment had what we needed for day-to-day living, from a washing machine, fridge freezer, and microwave to pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. The wifi was a real highlight, fast and reliable. I used a media box from the UK with a VPN to watch content from back home. Thank you so much, Bala and Reema.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a superb time, with no regrets. The apartment is on the 2nd Floor, with no elevator, but it was worth it. Benaulim beach and Madgaon stn are close by, hardly 4/5 Kms away. Jhoncys, Pedros, Rogers, and Souther deck are about 3/4 Kms from the apartment, and there’s an amazing german bakery on the ground floor. It felt like home. The bedroom has A/c, while the Hall has 2 Fans and plenty of lights. There’s a washing machine, Oven, Refrigerator, Sofa, TV, Dining Table, and WiFi, though the Guest needs to recharge it. It’s a great homestay with a lovely host.
