Beach Bay Cottages

The cottages are cosy, with spacious bathrooms, and you can find some quiet in the morning. You can also see the sunset from the garden. There are plenty of shacks nearby, and Bagmollo beach is much less crowded than North Goa's beaches. It's a peaceful spot for couples or anyone looking for less interaction with others. It's very close to the beach, but there's a road between the property and the shore, so it isn't directly on the beach.

There's plenty of open space to enjoy, and the cottage was great, neat, clean, and equipped with the basic amenities. The place faces the beach, and I liked staying here. There's no in-house catering, but Joet's restaurant right next to the cottage was awesome, with great food and drinks. I recommend staying here.

Vibhul made a real difference with his friendly attitude and genuine hospitality. Joseph was right to direct me to him when I booked. He helped us with directions, and because the hotel had been sold out the night before, check-in wasn't possible until 1pm after the earlier guests left. He made sure we could freshen up first, arranging baggage storage and access to common restrooms, and pointed us to lunch at Joet’s shack. While we were eating, he got our rooms ready and promptly let us know. Thanks to him and the rest of the staff. We'd been looking forward to this three-day, two-night break for five families travelling from Bangalore. We'd always stayed around Calangute-Baga before, so we weren't sure about a quieter, less commercial part of South Goa. Once we arrived, though, we could tell these beachfront cottages were the kind of stay we'd hoped for. The cottages were spacious and clean, with comfortable big beds, neat white linen, a coffee maker, geyser, mini refrigerator, air-conditioning, and TV. Opening the door brought the clean, peaceful beach right into view. We could play in the sea with the family until 12pm before the sun reached us, and lifeguards helped us feel safe. Staff served breakfast on time in the open area when ordered in advance. For lunch and dinner, Joet’s, John Seagull, and Claudi’s are nearby, with karaoke and a DJ dance floor on weekends. There's also a small shopping area at Bogmalo circle, about a five-minute walk away, for mementos and a retail beverages outlet where you can buy Feni and other drinks.

The Bogmalo beach is about 100 mtr away, with a great view of the beach and garden. The cottages are cosy and clean, and there are a few good hotels nearby. Goa airport is 5 km away. The beach also seems popular with foreigners.
