Privacy was a big plus here. The cottages are spread across the property, so we had no disturbance, and you can walk straight from the room onto the beach. The front desk and the rest of the staff were polite and helpful. The pool was clean and the facilities were very well maintained. When a small issue came up, Mr. Rahul, the manager, sorted it out quickly and professionally, with care. The price, location, ambience, and overall experience make this easy to recommend.

The beach is the real draw here, less than a five-minute walk away. It’s quiet and lovely for morning or evening strolls. The cottages are roomy and comfortable, with a little green space around each one. The grounds and landscaping are well kept, the staff are attentive, and our whole family had a fun time in the pool.

We spent most of our time enjoying how easy it was to get to Benaulim Beach. A back gate takes you there in under a minute, and the stretch felt clean, quiet, and almost secluded. The wooden cottages are spacious and tidy, set in a lush, neatly cared-for garden, and the pool was clean and temperature-controlled. Wi-Fi was fast, and there’s secure parking on site. Meals at Arroz were a highlight. The Goan Fish Curry and Fish and Chips were both great, with flavors that felt authentic. Staff were warm and took real care of things. It’s a calm choice for families or couples, and I’d happily come back.

The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with lots of fresh, flavorful choices. Staff were cheerful and went out of their way to help, too. Our room was spacious and had all the comforts we expected. Everything felt very clean, including the pool and washrooms. Highly recommended.
