We booked for the 21st and 22nd, and the room was nothing like the pictures. They showed a TV, a nice ambience, and cleanliness, but the reality wasn’t worth 3k. Cockroaches were crawling around, there were no proper facilities or cupboard, and the furniture was broken. Garbage was piled right beside our room, with workers spitting there and broken furniture thrown around. The so-called balcony was just two chairs in the first-floor corridor before the room, blocking the way to other rooms. Not convincing at all. There was no garden, no view, no facilities, and even the bathroom door was broken, wouldn’t close, and had a chipped corner. The hotel staff said they couldn’t refund us because we’d already checked in, and told us to email makemytrip. The team was manipulative. I’ll make sure to email MakeMyTrip and tell them not to consider this a hotel. It was worse than a lodge and should be categorized as one.

The location is excellent, right on the main road and three minutes from the beach. I stayed a couple of nights. The manager was welcoming, the rooms were spacious, the AC worked well, room service was fast, and the cleaning staff were friendly. Some ants visited on our first night, but the problem was dealt with immediately and they didn’t return.

The staff were especially sweet, and the service was excellent. Rooms are new, clean, and spacious, and the location is wonderful. The property could become extremely popular with a few small changes. Though the rooms are fully equipped, things like steel dustbins, blackout curtains, and toiletry trays could be a little more aesthetic. I’ll visit again to see those improvements.

We had to shorten our stay because of unforeseen circumstances, and the management quickly understood and helped change the booking and arrange a refund. You don’t often see that. The service and staff left me very happy. The room was good, everyone was polite, and the owner, Mr. Fernandez, was especially understanding. One thing to know: there’s no pharmacy or doctor nearby. You’d need to travel about 3km if you need one.

Raju made our stay even better with excellent service. He was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm, positive, and welcoming. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it.
