Cuba Premium Bungalows

We were happy with our stay here in 2016, but this year was very different. At 6000 inr, the service was poor. One morning we waited over an hour just to place a breakfast order because the waiter ignored us and served guests who were shouting loudly. He seemed overworked and untrained, and after ordering we waited another 40 minutes for two slices of toast. The receptionist also didn’t seem to understand English. Our huts and two others had power cuts every day. There was no hot water, so we had cold showers for a week. Cleaning was poor and only happened when requested. Definitely not worth the price.

The food was amazing, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. The clean rooms are worth a few nights, especially the coloured bungalows overlooking the beach. Had a great time here, one of the best places to eat or stay on Palolam Beach.

The staff were awesome. We arrived around midnight even though our booking was for 12.00 pm the next day, and they kindly gave us a place that night. They also arranged a bike and an airport drop for us. The huts were clean and spacious, and it’s a nice place to stay in palolem. The food wasn’t that great, but overall we had a superb experience.

There’s a relaxing sea-facing cafe/restaurant right on the Palolem beach, and it’s an amazing place to stay. The rooms are nice and spacious, though the huts feel a bit fragile. Room service could be better.
