The restaurant had enough choice for a short or slightly longer stay, and the food was good. Staff were courteous and quick to help with small things, like transport or ideas for nearby places to eat. We found the room clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with working air-conditioning, hot water, and regular housekeeping. The best part was the location, just a few steps from the beach, making morning and evening walks easy. We stayed in December and found it genuinely relaxing and memorable. The peaceful setting and warm service made it feel like good value, and I'd consider returning on another Goa trip.

The beach is right across the road from Fatima Guest House, and the prices are very budget-friendly. We stayed there for 5 days and would gladly return. Booking was smooth, with quick replies and great service from the start. We had two AC rooms, and the whole property was super clean and well looked after. The rooms seemed nearly brand new, easily a 5 out of 5 for cleanliness. The restaurant was a highlight too. The food was hygienic, delicious, and nicely presented, especially the Chinese dishes, which we loved. Even when it was busy, the restaurant staff were polite and attentive. Sanju Bhai and Govind Bhai were especially helpful, so a big thank you to them. Fatima Aunty, the owner, was full of kindness, energy, and positivity. She checked that our needs were taken care of and greeted us with a smile each day. Her warmth made it feel like home. I'd recommend the place to solo travelers, families, or groups visiting Agonda, South Goa. Can't wait to come back.

Fatima food restaurant was the highlight, with tasty food at reasonable prices. Agonda beach is directly in front of the stay. The rooms are decent and work well for a 1-2 day visit.
