Quiet and tranquil, with proper car parking and about a 10-minute walk to benaulim beach. Our package included a delicious buffet breakfast, and there's a swimming pool too. The property has been open since 2013, so it's old, but very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, with balconies and a clothes drying rack, which was much needed.

Getting here can be a bit of a trek if you're not local. The resort is well away from the markets and feels like a housing society, with spacious, clean rooms. Trinity Beach nearby is super quiet, but you're also quite far from Goa's activity, so think it through if solitude isn't your thing. The pool wasn't great and could use more filtration and cleaning.

We had a comfortable stay, and the location was fantastic. The general staff we met were friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. But the average breakfast, especially the complimentary meal, was underwhelming in both its selection and preparation and needs a substantial improvement. The bigger frustration was that two basic problems weren't fixed despite repeated complaints. The bathroom plumbing was choked for a significant part of our stay, and the intercom didn't work at all, so we had to call the front desk on our mobile phones. No concrete action was taken on either issue while we were there. The resort has potential, but breakfast quality and timely maintenance follow-up need attention to meet the expected standard.

The rooms were big, with AC and balconies, and there were lots of cute cats around the property. Breakfast was good and the stay was nice and clean. The shower pressure wasn't very good, but otherwise I had no complaints.
