The team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, including helping with our toddler's needs. We didn't need to worry about milk or food, even at midnight. When we realized nearly 10 kms away that we'd left a laptop bag at reception, we called Pankaj ji. The reception team acted right away and got the bag back to us within 15 minutes, thanks to their tutuk gadi driver bhaiya, whose name I didn't get. We were celebrating our daughter's 3rd birthday, and staff surprised us with red rose petal decorations and a delicious cake. Ashwin ji handled check-in, Pankaj ji looked after us throughout, and Anjali ji managed check-out. They made those steps smooth and also gave us great recommendations and local guidance. The Gateway Goa Hotel is very clean and convenient right by the highway. Breakfast was unlimited and had a wide spread, a fine-dining start to the day. Everyone was smiling. I'd give the stay 11 out of 10, with that extra point for the smiles. We'll definitely return. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable stay!

The location is a little out of the way, so don't expect too much nearby, especially with many places closing for monsoon. For dinner, Jay restaurant for fish thali, Burgstation, La fetta and The Mill are good options. In the evenings, we enjoyed watching the sunset with beers at whichever beach shack was still open in Palolem or Agonda. We stayed three nights and were very comfortable. The staff were courteous and Kaushik was especially helpful. The pool is temperature controlled and good, breakfast had both a great spread and taste, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The location works well, close to Palolem Beach but still quiet and away from the crowds. The property is beautifully maintained and has a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing break. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were warm, courteous and ready to help. The food was delicious and the hospitality exceeded what we expected. A lovely place to unwind and enjoy Goa, recommended for couples, families or anyone wanting a comfortable stay in South Goa. 🌴✨

The kids enjoyed the activity center, swimming pool and other recreation areas, and the hotel is very child-friendly. It's newly built and has the essentials for a comfortable stay. I was first given a standard room without a glass shower door, but the staff dealt with it promptly and moved us to another room within 3-4 hours. After that, we had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast had lots of options and the food was generally good, though a few items could taste better. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting South Goa. One idea for management: turn the children's slides by the pool into a small water-play area or mini water park, which could make the property even more appealing to families.

The setting is gorgeous, and even the drive there is so scenic I wanted to take photos the whole way. From the room, we had an amazing view of the greenery and ocean, and the room itself was really comfortable. The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff were so polite and caring. A big thank you to Chef Dipanshu for the delicious coleslaw sandwich, the best I’ve ever had, to Mr.Sandoloy for serving dinner so warmly and remembering what I like, and to Ms. Shefali for making our sightseeing so memorable. Much love ❤️
